Delete your history

In the app

1. Open Preferences — the person at the top left of Home.
2. Tap More, at the end of the list.
3. Tap Delete history, then Delete account.

This removes everything from your phone and your name from our server, revokes your recovery key, unlinks any sign-in, and detaches the history from your phone, so nothing can bring it back. It cannot be undone.

By email

If you no longer have the app, or you want the detached records erased from our database as well, email support@demi.st. We may ask for your recovery key or linked sign-in to find them, and will confirm within one month.

What stays

After Delete history, the detached records — sessions, day answers and purchases, with no name, key or sign-in attached — stay in our database and are used only in aggregate to understand how demi.st is used, until you ask for them to be erased. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
